The Bar Specials Board changes on a regular basis according to availability and season.
Chef uses only the finest and freshest fish mainly caught in the South West Approaches together with some species imported fresh from farther oceans and the best quality locally sourced meat.
He produces a wide range of specials from traditional old British recipes to many European dishes that he has been introduced to on his travels and access into friends homes and restaurants in throughout these countries

served with West Country Cider Chutney. A superb smooth pate made from fresh free range duck livers from Creedy Carver in Devon, fresh orange juice, Cornish butter & brandy served with a locally made cider chutney and a home baked crusty roll
